PAYMENT

• Full payment must be made before any works begins.
  
  
• Refunds are not provided. Once the payment is received, the commission cannot be cancelled.
  
  

PROCESS

• Please provide references (either visual or written) and a detailed description of what you would like drawn. Note the number of characters, backgrounds, poses, mood, or anything else you’d like to see in the final product.
  
  
• Sketches will be provided within a week. At this stage, you may have up to five (5) edits for free.
  
  
• Most commissions will be completed within three (3) weeks. You may pay extra for a speedier commission if needed. I will let you know if your order will need additional time if it’s complex.
  
  
• I’m legitimately colorblind (it’s why I draw digitally), so I may show flat colors for approval. Editing colors at this stage is free.
  
  
• If I missed a detail that was provided in the initial description, that edit is also free of charge. All other edits will cost $10 per change.
  
  

USE

• You may use your commission for any non-commercial use (for profile pictures, printing for personal use, and so on).
  
  
• If you would like to use my art for commercial use (for a video game, merchandise, and so on), please indicate that at the start of the project so I can adjust the price accordingly.
  
  
• You cannot use my art for NFTs or to teach AI under any circumstance.
  
  
• I have the right to decline your order for any reason.
  
  

FAQ

“What constitutes a complex design?”

This is subjective, but it’s mostly for designs with a lot of intricate details. A good example of this would be a lot of the armor and weapons in Final Fantasy XIV. I’m more than happy including these fine details in the design, but it does take significantly more time to render, hence the bump in price.
